摘要
依据平朔弱黏煤和依兰长焰煤的特点,制定配煤气化试验方案,利用PKM型气化炉,对6种配煤比例进行工业在线测试。结果表明,平朔弱黏煤的配煤比例在30%~80%,在无搅拌器的气化炉中操作平稳,后续的粗煤气净化、灰水处理和硫回收装置满足运行要求。
According to the characteristics of Pingshuo weakly caking coal and the Yilan long-flame coal, a test plan was set up for coal blending gasification by making use of the PKM gasifier and six kinds of proportion of coal blending for industrial online test. The results show that Pingshuo weakly caking coal blending proportion within 30%~80% is suitable for smooth operation of gasifier with agitator, and can meet the technical requirement of gas purification, gas water treatment and sulfur recovery downstream.
