在役十万小时一段炉转化管的寿命评估

REMNANT LIFE ASSESSMENT OF 25Cr35Ni PRIMARY REFORMER TUBES IN SERVICE

摘要 对在役近10×10^4h的25Cr35Ni耐热钢材质一段炉转化管进行寿命预测。分析材料显微组织状态,进行蠕变持久试验,结合Larson-Miller参数和Z参数预测剩余寿命,提出管材可安全服役的建议时间。 Using creep rupture and stress relaxation tests, the remnant life prediction of 25Cr35 Ni heat-resistant steel was done, which had serviced a period of nearly 100,000 hours. Combined with the Larson-Miller parameter and Z parameter, the remnant life of reformer tube is predicted. Finally, the remnant life is proposed for the safe use of tubes.
