木-混凝土组合梁螺钉连接件承载力计算方法的对比分析

摘要 螺钉类抗剪连接件具有施工方便,受力状态明晰等优点,在木-混凝土组合梁实际工程中被大量应用。作为保证木梁与混凝土翼缘板共同受力的关键部件,螺钉连接件的承载能力对组合梁受力性能有重要影响。目前国内外尚无较为完善的计算螺钉连接件承载能力的方法,为了研究现有计算理论的准确性与工程适用性,详细介绍了4种适用于螺钉的木-混凝土组合梁抗剪连接件承载力计算方法,以32个螺钉连接件推出试件试验数据为依据,对4种方法进行了对比分析,得到以下结论:欧洲规范5公式和Dias公式偏保守,低估了螺钉连接件的抗剪承载力;Ceccoti公式和Saulius公式计算结果与试验值吻合较好,其中Saulius公式计算结果离散系数较小。 The screw type shear connector has the advantages of convenient construction and simple stress state, and is widely used in the practical engineering of the timber-concrete composite(TCC) beams. As a key component to ensure common stress of beams and concrete flange, carrying capacity of screw type shear connections have important influence on the mechanical properties of the TCC beams, but at present at home and abroad, there is no perfect method to calculate carrying capacity of screw type shear connections. To study the accuracy and applicability of existing computational theories, four screw type shear connection bearing capacity calculation methods were introduced in detail. With 32 screw type shear connections test data, four methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the method of EC 5 and Dias are conservative,underestimate the shear bearing capacity of shear connectors. Ceccoti and Saulius methods are in good agreement with the experimental result, and the Saulius' s is the smallest.
