摘要
双层钢桁架结构形式桥梁大多由主桁架、正交异性钢桥面板、横梁体系组成。此类结构形式的桥梁在烈日照射下,因钢桥面板与钢桁架主梁之间升温速度不同而存在温差,温差效应对桥面板与弦杆连接部位以及横梁与弦杆连接部位造成非常不利的影响。文章以苏州市宝带东路跨运河桥梁为工程背景,采用MIDAS/FEA有限元软件建立该桥跨中长20m的截断模型进行温差效应分析。分析结果表明温差剪应力对横梁的影响主要沿横梁腹板向下0.2m范围内,Mises应力值在横梁与上弦杆结合处出现峰值。
Double steel truss bridge is composed of truss orthotropic plate and beam.This type of bridge is illuminated by the sunset,Between the steel bridge deck and the steel truss girder exists temperature difference because the heating rate of the bridge deck and truss is different.This temperature difference caused a negative impact on the bridge deck and chord joints.Based on the engineering of Suzhou Baodai east road bridge,using MIDAS/FEA finite element software to research the thermal difference effect.The results of the analysis show that, the effect of shear stress caused by different temperature on the beam mainly exists in the range of 20 centimeters under beam web;The peak value of Von-Mises stress appears at the joints of beam and chord.
