摘要
大体积混凝土在工程实践应用中存在开裂、渗漏等质量缺陷问题。针对常州某工程地下室底板项目,就大体积混凝土的施工需要从减少水泥水化热,降低内外温差、防止温度应力产生的有害裂缝;保证底板大体积混凝土浇捣的均匀性、密实性和连续性;从做好温度控制、合理布置测温点、科学养护等3个方面采取了措施,实践效果较好,可为相关项目大体积混凝土的施工提供参考。
Mass concrete cracks exist in the engineering practice. There are many quality defects such as leakage problem. This project aimed at an engineering basement in Changzhou. Mass concrete construction needs from reducing the cement hydration heat and the temperature difference to prevent the harmful cracks induced from temperature stress. The uniformity, the compactness and continuity of mass floor concrete is ensured. Reasonable arrangement methods of temperature control, temperature measure and scientific maintenance is conducted. The measuring result and practical effect is good. It can provide a reference for mass concrete construction.
