摘要
文章以南京地铁三号线过江隧道工程为例,分析了长江漫滩饱和粉细砂地层中大直径泥水盾构掘进过程中主驱动密封检查、更换时作业风险,在比对常用加固技术措施和实际操作可行性基础上,探索实践了MJS加固技术与盾尾环箍注浆相结合为地铁工程主驱动密封缺陷检修提供安全作业条件的成功运用,为今后类似工程施工提供了一个成功的借鉴案例。
The paper analysed risk in the construction operation during main drive seal inspections and replacements in the large diameter slurry shield tunneling process in the saturated sand stratum of the Yangtze River Floodplain, taking Cross River Tunnel Project for the construction of Nanjing Metro Line Three for example. Considering common applications of reinforcement technology and their practical feasibilities, the application combining MJS strengthening technology and shield tail hoop grouting for the provision of safe operating conditions for the main drive seal defect repair in metro engineering was also researched and practiced. It could be considered as a well-developed model of similar cases in future projects.
