摘要
为寻求地铁站高效合理建设指导依据,运用中心地理论概念与原理,提出站点具体评估指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)赋值指标权重,构建四级站点综合评价体系,由评估结果指导站点等级空间分布模型。以台中市捷运建设为例,利用城市既有中心地与所划分各等级站点共同构建整体空间结构系统,抽样评估分析台中规划站点,提出合理的开发和引导意见。
To seek efficient and rational guidance of Metro Station construction, proposed specific site assessment indicators based on Central Place Theory. On the basis of the index weight evaluation by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), build a four sites' comprehensive evaluation system, to infer the spatial distribution model by the results of the site level assessment. Choosing Taichung MRT construction as an example, make use of the whole spatial structure system consisted of each grade sites and the city centers, to sample and analyze site assessment planning in Taichung and raise reasonable development and guide opinions.
