对项目控制信息化集成在元坝天然气净化厂项目中项目管理方面的应用进行了探索。分别从进度、费用、材料、合同、文档五大控制角度总结、阐述信息化集成的实施与探索,为石化项目建设工程的安全、高效和全方位的HSE管理提供了技术支撑。

This paper probes into information integration of project management in Yuanba Natural Gas Purification Plant. It summarizes and expounds the implementation and exploration of information integration from five control aspects respectively covering schedule control,cost control,material control,contract control and document control. This provides technical support for safe,efficient and comprehensive HSE management of petrochemical project construction.
