固体杂质对输油站安全运行的影响及预控措施

IMPACTS OF SOLID IMPURITIES ON SAFE OPERATION OF OIL STATIONS AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES

介绍了成品油管道内固体杂质的组成及来源,结合具体实例,分析固体杂质对输油站安全运行的影响,并针对性地提出预控固体杂质不利影响的措施:对于卡阻现象,应采取措施防止固体杂质进入设备并及时对设备内的固体杂质进行清理;对于堵塞设备和管道的现象,应增加其通过面积或及时给予疏通;对于可能对管道造成的冲击磨损,应避免固体杂质在低点沉积,并消除可能引起固体杂质对管道局部反复进行冲击磨损的动力来源。

This paper introduces the composition and sources of solid impurities in finished oil pipelines. Combining with concrete examples,it analyzes the impacts of solid impurities on the safe operation of oil stations and puts forward some pertinent measures to pre-control the adverse effects of solid impurities. To deal with jamming,relevant measures shall be taken to prevent solid impurities from entering the equipment and clean the solid impurities within the equipment in time. And to deal with equipment or pipe blocking,the discharge area shall be increased or the clogs shall be cleaned out timely. To deal with the potential impact wear on the pipes,solid impurities deposition in low point shall be avoided and the power sources which may lead to repeated impact wear of solid impurities on local pipelines shall be eliminated.
