大港油田钻井井控安全关键要素分析 被引量:1

摘要 井喷失控是石油及天然气钻井中的灾难性事故,一旦发生将危及人民的生命财产安全,污染生态环境,甚至还会造成重大的国际国内影响。钻井井控是油田开发中的一个重要环节,结合大港油田井控设计的发展背景和概况,重点从设计环境背景、设计理念、井身结构设计方法、钻井液技术、井控设备、压力控制设备等方面对井控安全的关键要素进行分析,并提出设计中的关键点。对如何搞好大港油田老区块调整井的井控工作,实现安全生产,有一定的借鉴意义。 Uncontrolled blowout is catastrophic accident in oil and gas drilling. Once the blowout is out of control,it will endanger people's lives and property safety,pollute ecological environment,and even lead to significant international and domestic impacts. Well-control in drilling is an important part in oilfield development.Combining with the development background and situation of well-control design at Dagang Oilfield,this paper focuses on the analysis of key factors for the safety of well-control in drilling from such aspects as design basis,design concept,design method for well structure,drilling fluid technology,well-control equipment and pressure-control equipment. It puts forward the key points in design as well. This provides certain reference for the adjustment wells of the old block at Dagang Oilfield to improve well control work and achieve safety in production.
