摘要
在检修扫线期间炼油厂扫线罐罐顶会释放出恶臭废气,污染环境。通过定性分析炼厂原有简单粗放的扫线流程,找出扫线过程与罐组正常收油过程的不同,得出通过冷却分液降低扫线过程中轻组分和恶臭气体的挥发的处理办法。介绍冷却分液的两种情形,一是在扫线介质进罐以前进行冷却分液,二是冷却分液扫线接受罐顶释放出的尾气。根据检修期间吹扫管道的经验,估算扫线介质的流量。通过比较扫线介质在进入扫线接收罐前后设置冷却分液设施两种处理方式各自的优缺点,找到解决扫线废气的可行、有效和经济的办法。
The waste gas and malodor released from tanks when pipe purging in refinery pollute the environment during the overhauling. Through qualitative research on the simple and extensive pipe purging process,the differences between pipe purging process and normal oil receiving process are identified. It is concluded that cooling and gas-liquid separation can reduce the light components and malodor during pipe purging. This paper introduces two processes of cooling and gas-liquid separation. One is to carry out cooling and gas-liquid separation before sweeping line medium tank; the other is that the cooling and gas-liquid separation sweeping line receives the tail gas releasing from the tank top. According to the experience of pipe purging during overhaul,the quantity of the mixture of oil and vapor from the pipeline can be estimated. The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two processing methods of scavenging exhaust,setting the cooling and gas-liquid separation facilities before and after the sweeping line medium entering the sweeping line receiving tank. And it obtains the feasible,effective and economic measures to treat the waste gas from the sweep line.
