摘要
在润滑油糠醛精制过程中添加抗氧剂是防止糠醛氧化的一种比较有效的手段。在接近工业生产的温度范围内 ,实验中分别采用 6种不同的胺类化合物对糠醛的氧化安定性进行考察。通过测试糠醛氧化后生成的糠酸的含量和树脂状氧化物的含量 ,对抗氧化性能进行了比较。结果表明 ,抗氧剂本身结构是影响糠醛氧化作用的主要因素。化合物KY - 6具有较好的阻止糠醛氧化生成糠酸的作用 ,而化合物KY - 2具有一定阻止糠醛氧化结焦作用 ,实验未发现能同时起到以上两种作用的抗氧剂。要能够有效地防止糠醛氧化 ,必须将糠醛氧化机理和抗氧剂化学结构相结合 。
It is effective to add some anti-oxidant to the furfural in the process of refining lubricant. Under the temperature close to the industrial production, six different amine compounds have been investigated for their oxidation stability. Inoxidizability has been studied by testing the content of the furoic acid and furfural resinous oxide generated from the oxidized furfural. The result shows that anti-oxidant's structure is the main factor leading to the furfural oxidation. KY-6 has better effect on restraining furfural oxidation to furoic; KY-2 has some effect on restraining furfural coking., the oxidation mechanism of the furfurol and the chemical structure of the anti-oxidant must be combined to prevent furfural oxidation. So further study should be done to develop the compound or complex anti-oxidants.
