摘要
目的分析术前全身静脉化疗和髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗调节早期宫颈癌组织中恶性分子表达的效果。方法2012年1月‐2014年1月该院收治的宫颈癌患者78例,按照随机数表法分为观察组(术前接受髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗)及对照组(术前接受全身静脉化疗)。比较两组患者的宫颈癌组织侵袭相关因子蛋白、凋亡相关因子蛋白及复发相关因子蛋白水平差异。结果观察组患者的转录因子Ets差异基因5(ETV5)、基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)、低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)及Shrew-1蛋白表达水平低于对照组,基质金属蛋白酶-2组织抑制剂(TIMP2)蛋白表达水平高于对照组,比较差异有统计学院意义(P<0.05);P53、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及抗凋亡基因(c-IAP1)蛋白表达水平低于对照组,ANT蛋白表达水平高于对照组,比较差异有统计学院意义(P<0.05);巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、Survivin和细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)蛋白表达水平低于对照组,P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达水平高于对照组,比较差异有统计学院意义(P<0.05)。结论术前髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗可以降低早期宫颈癌组织的恶性分子表达,改善患者治疗预后。
【Objective】To analyze the effect of preoperative systemic chemotherapy and internal iliac artery embolization chemotherapy on the regulation of malignant molecule expression in early cervical carcinoma.【Methods】Seventy-eight cases of early cervical carcinoma patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were analyzed and divided into the observation group(receiving intravenous chemotherapy and internal iliac artery embolization chemotherapy before surgery) and the control group(receiving intravenous chemotherapy before surgery) according to random number table method. Invasive cervical cancer-related factor proteins, apoptosis-related factor protein, recurrence relevant factor protein of two groups were compared. 【Results】ETS translocation variant 5(ETV5), matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7), hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), Shrew-1 protein levels were lower and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP2) protein level was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05); P53, proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and cellular inhibitor of apoptosis protein 1(c-IAP1) levels were lower and adenine nucleotide translocator(ANT) protein expression was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P 0.05); macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF), Survivin, Cyclin D1 protein levels were lower and P21WAF1/CIP1 protein expression level was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P 0.05).【Conclusion】Preoperative internal iliac artery embolization chemotherapy can reduce malignant molecule expression in early cervical cancer tissue and improve patient's prognosis.
