摘要
厚型单组分防火涂料具有制备简单、施工方便、易于储存、价格低廉、装饰风格独特等特点。以苯丙乳液为基料 ,以磷酸二氢铵、二氧化钛、高岭土及羧甲基纤维素钠、丙二醇等防火添加剂和助剂 ,研制成水性厚型单组分膨胀型钢结构防火涂料。考察了基料、发泡剂主要组分用量及涂层厚度对涂料耐火时间的影响 ,用正交设计方法优化出最佳配方。以最佳配方配制的涂料在钢板上涂层厚度为 8mm时 ,表干时间小于 30min ,实干时间为 80h左右 ,水中浸泡 1h ,用手搓不掉粉 ,浸泡 48h不脱落 ,使用垂直燃烧法测定 ,耐火时间为 44min。该防火涂料具有原料来源丰富且价格低、制备简单、使用方便、易储存、成本低、环境友好无污染等特点 ,可作室内和室外钢结构的防火涂料。
Thick-films coatings have the characteristics of easy-preparation, convenient-use, easy-storage, low price and distinctive style and etc. This coating is comprised of phenylethylene-acrylic ester emulsion as binder,also ammonium biphosphate, titanium dioxide, white bole, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, propylene glycol, and other fire protection additives and assistants. The coating is aqueous one pack intumescent fire-retardant steel structures with thick films. The effects of use level for binder and expanding agent, and thickness of coating film were studied on fire- retardant time of coatings. The best formula has been optimized by orthogonal design. When coating is prepared based on it, the thickness of coating for steel plank is 8 mm,time of surface dry is less than 30 min, of downright dry is about 80 h, then inundating it in water for 1 h, no powders will be on the surface if twined. After doused 48 h in water, the coating would not desquamate. The determined fire-retardant time for 8 mm coating at steel plank is 44 min by Perpendicularity Combustion Method. With a large source and the characteristics mentioned above, it can be used the coating for both indoor and outdoor steel structures.
