近年来,网络诈骗犯罪猖獗,可从被害人的视角探究网络诈骗犯罪的犯罪人和被害人之间的互动关系,并从增强网民安全意识、提高网络技术水平、完善互联网平台审查制度、建立专门网络诈骗举报平台、建设联动防控机制等方面提出切实可行的被害预防对策。

In recent years, network fraud is rampant, many users encounter violations and become victims of Internet fraud. In the interaction between offenders and the victims, victims suffer a lot of losses and they are active subjects. Victims is responsible for the incidence of murder. Therefore, starting from the perspective of the victim, I explore the characteristics of victimization and the interaction between offenders and the victims. And put forward a variety of practical ways to prevent from victimization. Such as enhancing safety awareness of Internet users, improving network technology, perfecting the censorship of Internet platform, establishing a specialized network fraud reporting platform and constructing joint prevention and control mechanism.
