益气活血通络法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化疗效观察

Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo method in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)

目的:分析总结特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)治疗中益气活血通络法的治疗价值。方法:将76例气虚血瘀型IPF患者随机分为两组,每组38例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,治疗组接受西药联合益气活血通络汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:接受3个月治疗后,治疗组SGRQ各项评分及主要中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血通络法在气虚血瘀型IPF的治疗中安全有效,可应用于临床治疗。

Objective：To analysis and summary the therapeutic value of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals treatment in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis（IPF）qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods：76cases of IPF patients with qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,38 patients in each group.The control group accepted routine treatment of western medicine,the treatment group treated with western medicine combined supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals treatment.Compared the treatment effects and adverse reactions of two groups.Results：After 3month treatment,the SGRQ scores and main symptoms of TCM integral of treatment group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.At the same time,there was no statistical difference of adverse reactions of two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type of IPF,the supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals is safe and effective,and can be applied to clinical treatment.
