Improvement on CPS system for the coke oven battery in Jisteel

通过改进执行机构位置、增加连杆装置,解决了CPS系统中执行机构原安装位置温度高、维护困难、调节精度低等问题,系统改进后降低了检修难度,提高了CPS系统使用寿命。

Regarding to the problems of high temperature at the installation position, difficulty in maintenance and low adjustment accuracy of the actuator in CPS system, improvements have been made by changing the position of actuator and installation of connecting bar. Maintenance is less difficult after improvement,and the service life of CPS system is prolonged.
