摘要
针对低温干馏产生轻质焦油量大、重质焦油量少的特性,对立式焦油氨水分离槽在低温干馏工艺中存在的缺陷进行了分析,探讨轻质焦油分离的合理高度,制定了进液口、乳化液、重质焦油采出及检查管的设计改进方案。
As more light tar and less heavy tar are generated under low temperature carbonization, there are some defects of vertical tar ammonia separation tank in the low temperature carbonization process. Regarding to these defects, proper height is discussed for separating light tar, and improvement design for liquid inlet, emulsion, recover pipe and inspection pipe for heavy tar is proposed.
