摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定赭石中有效成分铁元素和杂质成分铝元素,并对其所含有害元素进行监测,全面提高赭石的质量标准。方法采用可控温加热装置对样品进行湿法消解,考察不同消解试剂、升温程序、测定条件对结果准确性的影响,通过ICP-OES法对有效成分和杂质成分进行研究。结果选定硝酸∶盐酸∶氢氟酸(3∶1∶1)作为消解试剂,采用轴向观测方式,在样品取样量为100 mg时,2种元素的回收率均符合元素分析的要求。不同批次赭石铁的含量为47.1%-69.6%,铝的含量为0.9%-1.9%。结论该方法具有通用性,可同时准确、快速检测赭石中的有效成分和杂质成分,可用于赭石及其制剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish the determination method for ferrum(Fe)and aluminum(Al)content in haematitum by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) for monitoring the harmful elements of haematitum thus to improve its quality standard comprehensively.Methods The samples were processed with wet digesting method by thermo-control heating device.Effects of digesting reagents,programmed heating-up and detection methods on the accuracy of the results were evaluated.The effective components and impurities were analyzed by ICP-OES.Results The optimal procedure was digest reagent composing of nitric acid/hydrochloric acid/hydrofluoric acid(3∶1∶1),and ICP-OES with the mode of axial direction observation.The method had good recoveries when the sample was 100 mg,the recovery of Fe and Al meeting the requirements of element analysis.The Fe content of different batches of samples was in the range of 47.1 %-69.6 %,and that of Al was in the range of 0.9 %-1.9 %.Conclusion The method is universal,accurate and rapid for detecting the effective ingredients and impurities in haematitum,and can be used to control the quality of haematitum and its preparations.
