一种锅炉省煤器自动排空气装置的实现

Implementation of a kind of boiler economizer automatic air exhausting device

针对锅炉省煤器无法自动排空气的现状,提出通过加装一种由测量仪表、远控阀门、控制装置及完善的逻辑等组成的锅炉省煤器自动排空装置,实现了锅炉省煤器的自动排空气。该装置能够提高火电机组自动化水平,同时在减员增效、节能减排等方面表现良好。

This paper introduced a kind of boiler economizer automatic air exhausting device, which consists of measuring gauge,remote valve and control device. This device archived to automatically exhaust air from boiler economizer,and will increase the atomization level of whole unit,reduce personal,and save energy.
