摘要
环式给煤机在筒仓储煤设备中广泛应用,环式给煤机设计时,在保证设备平稳运行及设备出力的情况下,应合理优化设计,避免出现滑仓。对环式给煤机储煤滑仓的原因进行了分析,为保证落料点堆积角度小于煤的安息角,提出了在承煤盘边缘加焊耐磨板的解决方案。
For a ring-type coal feeder,which is widely used in coal storage silo system,its design should be optimized to avoid silo sliding under the condition of ensuring the stable operation and output of equipment. This paper analyzes the reason of coal storage sliding of ring-type coal feeder silo,and proposes a solution of adding wear-resisting plate on the edge of coal bearing plate for the purpose of guaranteeing the depositing angle at falling point is less than the repose angle of coal.
