摘要
安徽华电宿州发电有限公司选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝烟气连续排放监测系统(CEMS)投运初期故障频繁发生,影响了在线烟气监测的可靠性,给运行调整带来不便,同时还增加了检修作业量。对CEMS测量原理进行分析,汇总了CEMS日常故障及处理方法,并提出了预防措施。采取这一系列措施后,有效降低了脱硝CEMS的NO_x和NH_3测量故障率。
At the initial operation stage of continuous emission monitoring system( CEMS) for selective catalytic reduction( SCR) denitrification flue gas in Anhui Huadian Suzhou Power Generation Company Limited,measurement faults occurred frequently,which affected the reliability of on-line flue gas monitoring,made the operation adjustment difficult and increased the maintenance work amounts. This paper analyzed the measuring principles of CEMS,summarized the common faults and their treatment measures of CEMS, and proposed some prevention measures. After adopting a series of measures,the measurement failure rates of NO_x and NH_3 of CEMS were effectively decreased.
