新常态下共产党员的作风建设是党建工作一个崭新的重要课题,新形势下加强共产党员的作风建设具有重要意义。尽管目前共产党员的作风情况总体是好的,但新形势下党内仍然存在形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风等一些亟待解决的问题,尤其要对其保持高度警觉,并坚决予以铲除。共产党员的作风建设仍然存在很多亟待解决的问题,需要从解决问题入手,狠抓创新教育学习机制,为加强党的作风建设夯实思想基础;完善政党制度体系,为加强党的作风建设提供坚强保障;强化制度监督约束,为加强党的作风建设构筑立体防线;加大腐败惩治力度,为加强党的作风建设清除糟粕弊垢。以作风建设积极推进中国共产党建设的伟大工程。

The style construction of the Communist Party of China（CPC） under the new normalcy is a new important issue in the Party Building,and strengthening the CPC＇s style construction is of much significance in the new situation.Though the CPC＇s style is in a good situation generally,there are problems which need to be solved immediately,such as formalism,bureaucratism,hedonism and wasteful atmosphere,which need all to be on particular guard against and firmly eradicated.To solve the problems facing the style construction,CPC should make every effort to innovate its teaching and learning mechanism to consolidate the ideological basis of the Party＇s style construction,try to perfect the Party ＇s system and setup to provide a strong organizational guarantee for the Party＇s style construction,strengthen the system-based restriction and supervision to construct an all-wave line of defense for the Party＇s style construction,give greater impetus to punishing corruption to remove all obstacles against the Party＇s style construction.The style construction should be an important part of the great project of the CPC building.
