生态学创新型人才培养实践教学体系构建——以福建农林大学生态学专业为例

The Practice Teaching System Construction for the Ecological Innovative Talented Personnel Cultivation——The Ecology Specialty of Fujian University of Agriculture and Forestry Taken for Example

高等学校本科实践教学体系的构建和完善,是高等教育教学改革的重要环节,对创新型人才培养具有重要意义。针对福建农林大学实践教学过程中存在问题,以生态学课程为例,从生态学实践教学的平台体系、内容体系、方法体系和管理体系四个方面,提出了构建以创新型人才培养为目标的多维度实践教学体系。通过构建"一体化、四目标、四梯度、五平台"的"一四四五"阶梯式实践教学平台体系,为创新型人才培养创造优质教学平台;通过优化课程内容体系、强化实验教材建设、加强信息资源共享,培养大学生创新实践能力;通过研究型教学和自主交互式学习,全面革新实践教学方法体系;通过改进管理机制和教学质量评价体系、加强校企合作,完善实践教学管理体系。

Constructing the collegiate practice teaching system is of much significance to improving the teaching quality of Chinese higher education.Directed against the problems in the practice teaching system,with the ecology course of Fujian University of Agriculture and Forestry taken for example,this paper puts forward an idea of constructing a multi dimensional practice teaching system oriented towards cultivating innovative talents in the aspects of the platform,content,methodology and management system with which the practice teaching of ecology is conducted.According to this idea,a stepped practice teaching platform system,which is made up of ＂one integration,four goals,four gradients and five platforms＂,should be constructed to provide a quality teaching platform for the innovative talents cultivation; the innovative and practical ability of college students be cultivated by means of optimizing the course content system,strengthening the experimental teaching material construction and reinforcing information resources sharing; the methodology system be reformed in an overall way by means of developing research-based teaching and autonomous interactive learning; and the management system of practice teaching be perfected by improving the management mechanism and the assessment system of teaching quality and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.
