家族企业冲破管理瓶颈研究

On How Family Businesses Break through Management Bottlenecks

摘要 随着中国经济的快速发展,家族企业在社会经济中的地位越发重要,家族企业和一般企业不同,经过几代人努力发展成为百年企业;从最初的几个人发展到几十个人甚至上百上千个员工;从一个地区发展到多个区域甚至走向全国走出国门。随着市场的扩大、员工的增多、效益的提升,有很多管理方面的问题也越来越凸显,甚至造成企业发展的停滞,影响家族企业进一步做大做强,严重的还会造成损失拖垮整个家族企业。虽然家族企业中存在的问题从具体表象上看各有不同,但由于企业性质相似,所以可以归纳出一些共性的问题:经营权和所有权不明确,缺乏现代企业文化建设、管理经营保守排外和缺失现代化制度标准。因此,中国家族企业必须明晰企业经营权和所有权,加强家族企业文化建设,科学合理地广纳人才,创新现代企业管理制度。 With the rapid economic development, family businesses are getting more and more indispensable in our society and economy. Unlike other forms of business, many family businesses started from scratch and became ones called century-old shop through efforts of several generations. Usually, such family businesses have a few employees at first, and later they develop continuously employing from dozens of workers to hundreds and even thousands of workers. Also, they tend to start in one region, develop steadily in other regions then, and even countrywide and worldwide finally. With the enlargement of market, the increase of employees, and the improvement of efficiency,however, management problems are becoming more and more highlighted, which have even caused the stagnation of enterprise development, not only affecting the further development and expansion of the enterprises but also exposing them to the risk of collapse. Although the problems the family businesses are faced with are different in appearance, the businesses share the common essence. Therefore, common problems can be summed up. This paper analyzes such common problems, which are also called management bottlenecks, which family businesses are widely confronted with in our country at present, and puts forwards countermeasures for reference, in hope of helping the family businesses to go through the bottleneck period smoothly.
