摘要
以淮扬运河现存水工设施为研究对象,建立水工设施遗存综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立评价模型及等级评价标准.遴选出水工设施遗存36处,以灰色聚类法对水工设施遗存中25处闸类遗产进行了归类和分级,实现质化评价与量化评价的有效结合.采用灰色聚类法对水工设施遗存进行量化分析,计算方法简单,评价结果客观可靠,具有可操作性和代表性.在灰色聚类系数矩阵中,显示了水工设施遗存中闸类遗产综合价值的隶属等级,可更直观地体现遗存遗产价值的特点和规律.
The comprehensive value index system of hydraulic facilities remains is set up which is based on the study of the hydraulic facilities in Huaiyang Canal. AHP is applied to obtain weights of indexes. The criterion of hydraulic facilities remains value grade and the appraise program are put forward. 36 hydraulic facilities remains are selected according to this system. Grey clustering is constructed for the classification and grading which is to achieve qualitative and quantitative evalua- tion of the 25 brake heritages. The results show that grey clustering is an objective and reliable tool to evaluate hydraulic facilities remains. The calculation is simple, practical and easily operable. This method can not only exactly judge the reliability grade of the structure, but also display the subjection of various samples to different grades in grey clustering coefficient matrix. With this method, it can reflect the heritage values characteristics and regular pattern of hydraulic facilities remains more intuitively.
