摘要 城市化进程中如何保证城市区域生态系统的安全和健康,已成为城市发展所必需考虑的问题。以沈阳市为研究区,基于社会经济统计数据以及沈阳市的遥感动态监测信息,建立沈阳市生态关键要素的空间数据库以及生态安全评价模型,通过生态安全动态监测信息的识别和定量分析,在空间信息技术支持下,得到沈阳市生态环境安全空间格局,形成了包括城镇生态安全预警-经济发展空间调控—生态安全格局优化-城镇生态要素空间布局调控的关键技术体系。该研究成果可为沈阳市生态规划调控提供科学准确的数据基础,对沈阳市的发展实施有效的生态安全监测和管理、保障沈阳市在城镇化的过程中有效地保护生态系统的完整以及经济的健康发展具有重要的意义。 How to guarantee the safety and health of urban regional ecological system in the urbanization process has become a crutial issue to be considered in urban development. Taking Shenyang City as the re- seareh area, based on the social and economic statistical data as well as remote sensing dynamic monitoring information of Shenyang City,this paper builds spatial database of the key ecological elements and ecologi- cal security evaluation model. Through the identification and quantitative analysis of dynamic monitoring information of ecological security, with the support of spatial information technology, the paper obtains the spatial pattern of ecological environmental security of Shenyang City, and forms the key technical system including early warning of the urban ecological security, space regulation for economic development, opti- mization of the security pattern and spatial pattern regulation of the urban ecological elements. The results provide scientific and accurate data base for the ecological planning and regulation in Shenyang City, and have great significance in developing effective ecological security monitoring and management of Shenyang City and protecting the integrity of the ecological systemas well as the healthy development of the economy during the urbanization process of Shenyang City.
