摘要
依照安全标准化和职业健康安全管理体系的共同要求,利用物元可拓理论构建了地勘单位安全标准化运行指标的评价模型,并获取了地勘单位安全标准化运行的14项评价指标在各评价等级上的关联度,将关联度与熵权法求得的指标权重值综合得到加权总关联度,继而确定待评单位的评价等级。通过实际应用与对比分析,证明了此评价模型具有较高的实用性,且操作简单、评价结果真实可靠,可为政府和企业的安全生产工作提供指导和帮助。
Based on the requirements of the work safety standardization and the occupational health and safety management system,this paper uses the theory of matter-element and extension set, constructs the evaluation model for operation of safety standardization of geological exploration units. Through the theory of matter-element extension evaluation, the paper obtains the correlation between each grade of the 14 evaluation indexes of work safety standardization operation, and combines the correlation with the index weight by entropy value method to get the weighted comprehensive correlation degree, then determines the evaluation grade of the units. The evaluation model proves to have high practicability with simple operation and reliable evaluation results by practical application and contrast analysis. It may provide guidance and help for the work safety of government and enterprises.
