摘要
为初步探索知母须根中的化学成分,采用试管反应法、纸反应法以及薄层色谱试验等方法对知母须根水提取部位、乙醇提取部位以及石油醚提取部位中的化学成分进行初步探究。结果表明知母须根中可能含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖类、苷类、皂苷、黄酮类、酚类及鞣质、甾体、三萜类等化学成分。为后续提取、分离和分析实验提供理论依据,同时也为深入探究知母须根生物活性及其综合开发利用奠定基础。
To identify the chemical components of the fibrous of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, the mixture was extracted from the fibrous of Anemarrhena asphodeloides with water,95% ethanol and petroleum ether were studied with test tube method,test paper method and TLC method. The results indicated that the fibrous of Anemarrhena asphodeloides might contain amino acid, polypeptide, protein, saccharides, glycosides, saponins, flavonoids, phenols, tannins,sterides,triterpenes,and so on. It not only provided a theoretical basis for subsequent extraction,separation and analysis experiments, but also laid the foundation for further study of biological activity and application of the fibrous of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.
