摘要
对茜草藤进行了化学成分研究。分别利用索氏提取法、超临界CO2萃取法提取茜草藤挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法进行测定。对索氏提取法获得的萃取物进行结构鉴定,其中匹配度在85%以上的有36种化学成分;对超临界CO2萃取法获得的萃取物进行结构鉴定,其中匹配度在85%以上的有48种化学成分。该方法可以快速的测定茜草藤的化学成分,为进一步开发和利用该植物提供实验依据。
The chemical components of Rubia cordifolia L. by Soxhlet extraction and Supercritical CO2 extraction method was studied. Volatile oil of Rubia cordifolia L. was extracted respectively. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were determined by GC-MS. Structural identification of the extracts were obtained by soxhlet extraction,there were 36 kinds of chemical components which the matching degree was more than 85%. Structural identification of the extracts were obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction method,there were 48 kinds of chemical components which the matching degree was more than 85%. This method can be used to determine the chemical composition of Rubia cordifolia L. and provide the experimental basis for further development and utilization of the plant.
