摘要
以新鲜荔枝草为原材料,HNO3-H2O2(5∶3)为消解液,经微波消解法处理后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定荔枝草中Na、K、Zn、Ca、Cd、Pb的含量。结果表明,荔枝草中K的含量较高,K、Na、Zn、Ca的含量分别为:509.0、113.1、48.2、85.1μg/g,Cd、Pb的含量均低于国家安全标准(小于0.20μg/g),6种金属元素的加标回收率为98.2%-102.0%。该法快速、精确、简便,适用于荔枝草中金属元素含量的测定。
The samples were digested by microwave-assisted with HNO_3-H_2O_2(5∶3),and the content of metal elements in Salvia plebeia R. Brown,including Na,K,Zn,Ca,Cd and Pb,were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that K was abundant in Salvia plebeia R. Brown,the content of K,Na,Zn and Ca were509. 0,113. 1,48. 2,85. 1 μg/g,respectively,and Cd and Pb were less than 0. 2 μg/g,the recovery rates of these metal elements were in the range of 98. 2% - 102. 0%. Therefore,the method was rapidly,precise,simple,and it was appropriate for determination of metallic elements in Salvia plebeia R. Brown.
