摘要
对保健食品中维生素A的含量测定进行研究,补充完善了维生素A的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱二极管法,ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18,4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm色谱柱,流动相:甲醇;流速:1 m L/min;检测波长:294 nm;柱温:35℃;进样量:20μL。维生素A在5-100μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,R2=0.9999.本法专属性强,重现性好,灵敏度高,可作为保健食品中维生素A的含量测定的方法。
The content of vitamin A in health food was studied,and the content of vitamin A was improved. Using high performance liquid chromatography diode method,ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18,4. 6×150 mm,5 μm column,mobile phase: methanol,Flow rate: 1 m L/min,detection wavelength: 294 nm,column temperature: 35 ℃,sample size:20 μL,Vitamin A was in the range of 9. 61 ~ 67. 27 μg/m L,had a good linear relationship,R2= 0. 9999. This method has high specificity,good reproducibility,high sensitivity,can be used as the content of vitamin A in health foods determination.
