摘要
采用脉冲熔融-惰气保护红外法测定铁硅合金中氧含量,分别对分析功率、称样量、助熔剂、标准曲线的建立和加标回收进行了研究,研究表明:在分析功率4.5 k W、称样量0.15-0.20 g、加镍助熔剂、工具钢做校准的条件下,用脉冲熔融-惰气保护红外法测定硅铁中氧含量效果最佳。采用最佳方法对两个硅铁样品中氧进行了5次平行测定,其测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.90%和1.66%,使用其中一个样品进行加标实验,回收率是97%、99%和104%。
Oxygen in iron-silicon alloy was determined by pulse molten-inert gas protection infrared method.Heating power,sample mass,flux,the establishment of the calibration curve and recovery were studied. The best experiment condition was 4. 5 k W、0. 15 ~ 0. 20 g ferrosilicon,adding some nickel flux,the calibration sample was tool steel. Oxygen in the two iron-silicon alloy was determined,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n = 5) was 1. 90% and1. 66%,recovery rate was 97%,99% and 104%.
