摘要 建立了饲料中安赛蜜,苯甲酸,糖精钠,山梨酸4种添加剂的高效液相色谱同时分离检测方法。样品用甲醇(1+1)溶液提取,采用XB-C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液作为流动相梯度洗脱,并使用光电二极管阵列检测器于225 nm处进行检测。结果表明,4种添加剂在2-100 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性关系,且相关系数为0.9995-1.0000,各添加剂检出限均在1.06 mg/kg以下,样品的平均回收率为94.8%-104%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.0%-5.3%。该方法简单快速,定量准确可靠,适用于饲料中防腐剂和甜味剂的日常检测。 A simple and efficient method based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established to separate four analytes of additive(acesulfame potassium,benzonic acid,saccharin sodium,and sorbic acid) in feeds.The samples were initially extracted with methanol and water(1 +1),then separated on an XB-C18 column with methanol and 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate and methanol solution. Photo diode array detector was adopted with the detective wavelength of 225 nm. The result indicated that all the 4 additives had good linearities within 2 - 100 mg/L with the correlation coefficients between 0. 9995 - 1. 0000. The limits of detection were all less than 1. 06 mg/kg. The average recoveries for the additives ranged from 94. 8% to 104% with the RSDs less than 5. 3%. The results showed the method was simple,rapid and reliable for the determination of preservatives and sweeteners in feeds.
