摘要
分析了氢鼓包现象在承压设备上的发展过程及危害,介绍了目前针对氢鼓包缺陷的常规检测手段以及磁记忆新方法的应用。并以某规格容器内壁的氢鼓包为对象,进行磁记忆检测,通过分析采集到的磁参量、以及磁场曲线的波形特征,验证磁记忆技术在氢鼓包缺陷检测上的实用性、可靠性。结果表明,金属磁记忆方法可有效的检测氢鼓包缺陷。
The development of hydrogen drum kits phenomenon and hazards on the pressure equipment was analyzed,the current application of the conventional magnetic memory testing methods and new methods for hydrogen drum kits defects was described. Taking a hydrogen tank size inner wall drum kit as the object,the magnetic memory was tested by analyzing the collected magnetic parameters and waveform characteristics of magnetic field curve,the practicability and reliability of the magnetic memory technology in the detection of hydrogen drum kits defects were verified. The results showed that metal magnetic memory method can effectively detect the hydrogen drum kit detects.
