应用型高校“三导师制”育人模式的研究与实践 被引量:6

摘要 阐述了在应用型高校化工类专业实行"成长导师+专业导师+企业导师"的三导师制育人模式,从而建构"德育+学术+技术"的应用型人才培养框架。三位导师实行工学结合的育人模式,促进"产教融合,校企合作"的长效、可持续发展,有利于培养学生良好的职业道德,并进一步提升学生的就业能力。该模式克服了高校教育与社会需求脱节、学生的创新能力和实践能力较弱的缺点,为应用型高校提升人才培养质量提供借鉴。 Three tutorial system of "growth + professional + enterprise"mentor was practiced in the applied colleges and universities to construct the "moral + scholarism + technology"applied talents training framework. The three tutorial system of "combining and learning with working"promoted the long-term and sustainable development of "industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation",to cultivate students' good professional ethics,and further promote students' employment ability. The work overcame not only the disconnection between education and social needs but also the disadvantage between innovation ability and practice ability of the undergraduates. In addition,reference was provided to the applied colleges and universities to further improve talent training quality.
