摘要
在课堂教学中教师就好像一个演员,教师的舞台魅力要靠自身的实践和磨练来不断提高,从而最终达到提高课堂教学质量的目的。课程的逻辑与顺序是课堂教学的最重要环节,这个环节的实现和提高需要教师不断地夯实专业知识;课堂教学的表现力则需要教师在声音、语言、身体表现力等各方面进行有意识的训练和提高;教师的自信、博学以及丰富的课堂实践能培养出更好的课堂自我感觉与教学魅力。
In the classroom teaching,teachers perform just as actors. The improvements of their stage charm rely on practices and constantly hone their teaching skills,so as to finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of teaching.Logic and order is the key point of classroom teaching,which is required to continuously strengthen the professional knowledge of teachers. The performance of classroom teaching needs teachers training and improving in the voice,language,body expression on purpose. Teachers' confidence,knowledgeable and rich classroom experience may cultivate a better self-feeling and teaching charm.
