摘要
MOOC作为一种新型的在线教学形式无论在教学理念、教学形式、课程资源、教学过程等方面都体现出相对于传统教学的先进性,对高校教师教学产生巨大挑战。同时也为高校教师的专业发展和教学带来许多前所未有的机遇:更便捷的专业发展路径、更准确的学情把握、更自由的教学设计、更强烈的成功体验等。高校教师需要进一步转变教学理念、提升信息素养、培养合作精神、凸显课程特色,利用好、驾驭好MOOC,使其成为促进自身专业发展,提升高等教育质量的重要手段,而不是摧毁高等教育的"洪水猛兽"。
MOOC,as a new type of online teaching,is ahead of the traditional teaching on teaching concept,teaching form,curriculum resources,teaching process and so on,and make great challenges to college teachers. At the same time,it also brings many unprecedented opportunities for the college teachers' professional development and teaching. Such as,more convenient professional development path,more accurate grasp of the situation,more freedom of teaching design,more powerful experience of success,and so on.College teachers need to change the teaching concept,enhance the information literacy,cultivate the spirit of cooperation,highlighting the characteristics of the curriculum. Use and control the MOOC,make it becomes an important means to promote their professional development and improve the quality of higher education,instead of destroying of higher education.
