三峡库区美丽乡村创建模式研究

Research on Construction Model of Beautiful Countryside in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area

三峡库区是长江中下游地区重要的生态屏障,在促进长江经济带发展中具有十分重要的战略地位。为推动三峡库区移民安稳致富、农村环境改善和农业转型升级,响应党的十八大建设美丽中国的构想,文章以库区农村为研究对象,通过对资源、产业、区位、环境等要素的分析,把库区农村分为农业主导、工业主导、旅游主导、商贸主导和环境主导几种类型,分别提出相应的发展策略,希望为库区美丽乡村建设提供有益的参考和借鉴。

The Three Gorges Reservoir area is an important ecological protective barrier of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. In promoting the development of the Yangtze river economic belt, this area is in a very important strategic position. In response to the 18 th CPC National Congress idea of constructing Beautiful China, the government devotes to promote the Three Gorges Reservoir immigrants get rich, to improve the rural environment and agricultural transformation and upgrading. The paper takes the rural area as the subject, through the analysis of the elements such as resources, industry, location and environment, etc, and then divides the reservoir area into 5 rural types, including agricultural oriented, industrial oriented, tourism oriented, trade oriented and environment oriented. It puts forward the corresponding development strategy respectively, which is expected to provide the beneficial reference for the reservoir area.
