摘要
运用计算流体力学技术对某车型电机集成控制器的流阻进行了仿真分析,并与流阻试验数据进行了比较,符合设计要求,证实运用仿真技术分析冷却水套流阻和内部流场的方法可行。从传热角度仿真分析了集成式控制器的温度场,提取了控制器铝基板、绝缘栅双极型晶体管IGBT、冷却水的温度,并与试验进行比较。
The flow resistance of integrated controller for one electric-motor was simulated with the computational fluid techniques, and the simulated data were compared with the experimental values. It turned out that the former was highly related to the later. It was feasible that the numerical simulated techniques were applied to analyzing the fluid resistance of the controller. The temperature distribution of main components were abstracted, such as the aluminium base of controller, IGBT, cooling-water.
