上市公司社会责任信息披露现状分析——基于医药制造业2010-2014年的社会责任报告

Present Situation and Improvement of Social Responsibility Information Disclosure for Listing Corporation——Based on Social Responsibility Reports of Pharmaceutical Industry in China from 2010 to 2014

本文通过对我国医药制造业上市公司2010-2014年的社会责任报告进行数据的采集,将有关社会责任信息披露的内容进行统计分析和描述分析,从而阐述我国医药制造业上市公司社会责任信息披露现状及信息质量,发现其中的问题并提出改进意见。

Information relating to social responsibility disclosure of statistical analysis and descriptive analysis were carried out in this paper,using the social responsibility reports data of Chinese Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Listed Companies from 2010 to 2014 to explain China's pharmaceutical manufacturing listed company social responsibility information disclosure and information quality through which problems were found and the suggestions for improvement were put forward.
