摘要 针对当前钢管标识与信息溯源追踪方面存在的不足,二维码直接标识方法被用于钢管在库存管理和生产过程追踪管理。该方法具有工序简单,成本低,溯源精确,识别快速等优点。分析了二维码标刻深度、钢管直径、二维码尺寸与钢管表面粗糙度等因素对二维码识别率的影响,并通过试验,研究了在二维码标识面受污损、划伤、锈蚀等表面污损情况下,对于二维码识别率和效率的影响。该研究为钢管的全生命周期管理以及逐只跟踪提供了新的方法和技术,有利于钢管的库存效率,实现钢管生产过程中信息的采集与追踪。 In response to the deficiencies in steel pipe marking and information traceability at present, the direct two-dimension code laser marking technology is used for the inventory management and production process tracking management of steel pipes. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, accurate traceability, fast identification etc. This paper analyses the key factors including depth of two-dimension code, diameter of two- dimension code, size of two-dimension, and coarseness of steel pipe surface on the identification rate. Furth more, through a lot of experiments, we have studied the effect of two dimension code stain, scratch and rust on code reading and identification. This research offers new method and techniques for the full lifecycle management and one-by-one tracking of steel pipes and puts forth an application innovation which helps improve the inventory efficiency of steel pipes and carry out the information acquisition and tracking during the production process of steel pipes.
