Research and Construction of Fatigue Test System for High-Speed Rail Seat

提出了一种用于解决类似高铁座椅结构运动部件的动作寿命疲劳试验系统,该系统在常规疲劳机的基础上根据运动部件的特点,设计不同的动力源并实现闭环高精度控制。根据研究与设计最终开发了一套设备,并成功应用于某型高铁座椅的静力疲劳试验考核,弥补了该项试验装备的空白。

This paper presents a multi-function fatigue test system for operating life of structural components. The new fatigue test system make up the defects of conventional fatigue test system which could not bear the fatigue test for component operating life. This system introduced some new power modules and control module that could solve specific problems of fatigue test for component operating life. Finally, the function of the whole system was described, and several application cases were presented.
