摘要
结合高等职业教育创新型人才培养的要求和传统职业教育在创新型人才培养方面存在的不足,针对机电类专业人才培养的总体目标和就业方向,研究创新型人才培养实践教学平台建设的途径和方法,在项目实践中收到了较好的效果,可供借鉴。
The problems of cultivating innovative talents with innovative higher occupation education personnel training requirements and traditional occupation education, aiming at the overall goal and direction of employment of electromechanical specialty talents training, ways and construction of practical teaching platform by the cultivation of innovative talents, has received good results in the project practice, for reference.
