摘要
汽车燃油经济性的技术影响因素包括发动机效率,传动系统效率,道路阻力,附件效率,标定控制等多个方面,本文重点分析各非动力总成技术因素,利用正交设计,结合整车仿真模型、实车实验和数理分析等手段,得出各非动力总成因素对乘用车燃油经济性的影响程度,形成对非动力总成因素重要性排序识别,对油耗影响程度的大致关系,指导整车燃油经济性开发成本控制和策略制定。
Automotive fuel economy technology factors including engine efficiency, transmission system efficiency, road resistance, accessory efficiency, calibration control and other aspects, this thesis focuses on the analysis of the non-powertrain factors, the use of orthogonal design, combined with the vehicle simulation model, real vehicle test and mathematical analysis, and other means, to identify the priority of a nonpowertrain factors, forecast the technical improvement tendency of the FE factors, provide the fuel eeonomy development guideline for cost control and strategy.
