Discussion on the Platform Operation of China-Europe Express Train in the Pearl River Delta Region

为提升珠江三角洲地区的中欧班列国际铁路联运服务水平,深入推进和实施"一带一路"战略,在对珠江三角洲地区中欧班列运营现状,以及国际联运平台化运营的政策环境、市场环境、竞争环境进行分析的基础上,针对中欧班列在发展中面临的缺乏政府支持、缺少强有力的平台运营公司等现状,提出珠江三角洲中欧班列平台化运营的路径,即获得政府的支持、通过协调政府补贴的发放、协调各方关系、规范市场竞争行为、提高运营平台服务质量。

In order to improve the international transport service level of China-Europe Express Train（CEET） in the Pearl River Delta region, and further promote and implement ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy, this paper analyzes the present situation of the China-Europe Express train operation in the Pearl River Delta, as well as the policy environment, market environment and competitive environment of its international Multimodal transport operation platform. Then, in view of the lack of government support and strong platform operation companies in the development of CEET, the paper puts forward the development path of platform operation in the Pearl River Delta, that is, to gain support from government, to coordinate the distribution of government subsidies and the relations between the parties, to regulate the market competition and to improve the service quality of the operation platform.
