摘要
从再制造技术要求、再制造方法分析及筛选、工艺试验和工艺设计等方面对燃油凸轮再制造进行了研究,并将研究结果应用于某船舶两台主机凸轮轴的修复。修复后的凸轮轴实际应用情况较好,表明:所研究的凸轮再制造方法切实可性。
The reproduction of diesel engine fuel cam was studied from the aspects of reproduction techni- cal requirements, reproduction method analysis and selection, technological test and technological de- sign. The research results were applied to the repair of two marine main engines' cam shafts. The cam shafts after repair boasts good performance in application, which verifies that this cam reproduction math- od is practical and feasible.
