摘要
某大型柴油发电机组柴油机与电机联接时,采用曲轴、飞轮、电机轴法兰三者贯穿联接的装配方案,但该方案在实施时遇到问题。对此提出了一个新的工艺方法,该方法既保证了联接孔位置精度以及三者装配时的工艺稳定性,又提高了生产效率。
When diesel engine is connected with the electrical machinery in a certain large diesel genset, crankshaft, flywheel, and motor shaft flange were installed in the way of run-through connection. However, this program met with difficulties in implementation. To solve this problem, a new technique was put forward, which could ensure the accuracy of connection hole position, as well as the technical stability of the installation of the three parts, thus enhanced the production efficiency.
