摘要
随着对电梯运行性能要求的不断提升,使得各类新型、性能优越的PLC设备在电梯控制系统中得到了更为广泛的应用。以西门子S7-1200PLC作为核心控制器,以TIA博途软件为开发平台,完成了6层电梯的控制软件梯形图编制、硬件组态以及人机界面的设计。经仿真实验证明,该控制系统可以实现实时检测和监控电梯运行情况,及时消除故障,从而实现电梯安全、平稳、可靠的运行。
With the improving of the performance requirements of elevator running, all kinds of new, high-performance PLC equipment are used widely to the control systems of some elevators. Based on the development of the software PortalV 13, the ladder diagram, the hardware configuration and the man-machine interface design of a six-layer elevator are completed by using the Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core controller. The simulation experiments show that the running status of the elevator can be detected and monitored in real time by the control system, and the faults can be eliminated in time so as to achieve the safe and stable running.
