摘要
传统的瓷砖几何尺寸检测方法具有误差大、劳动强度大及效率低等缺点,在很大程度上制约着陶瓷行业的发展。针对这一问题,本文介绍了以嵌入式触摸屏和PLC为控制核心的瓷砖几何尺寸检测新方法。系统采用非接触测量方式,由激光测距传感器进行信号采集,采集到的数据由系统软件进行分析与处理,达到减少劳动力和提高生产效率的目的。通过现场测试,该检测装置操作简单,运行稳定,检测数据准确。
Traditional tiles size detection method restricts the development of ceramic industry to a large extent due to the objections of large error, large labour intensity and low efficiency. To solve this problem, the paper introduces a new method for measuring tiles geometry dimension which is based on the centers of embedded touch-screen and PLC. The system collects signal by distance laser sensor with non-contact measurement, and the data collected is analysed and processed by system software, so that it realizes automatic sorting of the tiles and efficiency improvement. Through field testing, the detection system is easy to operate, run stably, and the test data is accurate.
